Preparing & Submitting Photos for ID Badges

Here at Name-Tags.net we produce a large volume of Photo ID badges for many different clients throughout the US. Here are a few tips that will facilitate the order process.

Please remember that the imprint will turn out only as good as the photo submitted. Make sure that if you can you use the same background on all photos. This way it gives uniformity to the photos and badges. Also light backgrounds work better than dark backgrounds. Please try to frame each person the same – in other words make sure you center each person the same and take the photos holding the camera the same angle.

Name List & Photo List:

The camera when shooting the photos gives the image a number – xxx.jpg. You have 2 options when submitting the list.

Rename the photo and call it the person’s name.
Make a list showing the picture number and corresponding name.

001.jpg – Mike Smith (examples)

002.jpg – Sue Jones

Submitting Files

You may submit your files a couple of ways.

Email the images using your standard email program; please keep the number of photos to 10 at a time. Please click here for our contact info.
You may save your photos to a CD and mail/ship the file to us. Click here for our shipping address.

And that is it! Simple and E-Z. We will take your files produce your proofs and get your photo ID badges over to you in a flash.
