Our custom shaped name tags are made from either a two ply engravable plastic or from a solid white plastic that is custom printed with your unique graphic and background. The reason we use plastic is that is easily shaped with a router or precision cut with the laser. The difference between the two styles is that the engraved plastic is a two color product which you have a letter color and a surface color for the badge. This badge is very nice but does restrict your color usage as well as graphic capabilities. The digitally imprinted badge offers the most flexibility in design since you may have multi-color logos and even custom color backgrounds printed. One of the great things about these badges is that after your initial order reordering as few as one name tag is not a problem. We offer quite a few stock shapes such as paw print, bone, tooth, diamond, crown and tooth shaped.
